Over at the PVRblog they're talking about the new DirecTV DVR (the replacement for the Tivo). While I'm interested in the new HD capabilities, I think I'm emotionally attached to the idea of "tivo" and am not looking forward to a replacement. It may even be a lot better but I very much have a resistance to a replacement.
I don't get it.

Track Flights with FBOWebHave you ever wanted to track a plane as it flew across the country? With FBOWeb, you can. Stop by their main page, select an Airline, enter a flight number, and click Track. FBOWeb displays the current location of the flight and its ETA. This information updates itself once a minute, so you can track the plane as make its way to its destination. Cool stuff.
Note: The main FBOWeb page is getting a facelift. You can preview the new (not yet functional) page here.

John Walkenbach just launched a blog on the upcoming release of Excel 12.
Excel Watch - "The purpose of this blog is to provide a central source for information about the next version of Excel."
Awesome idea, and considering the Office 12 preview site appears to have been forgotten already and still lacks an RSS feed, I'll for sure be tuning in to John's feed.
